The second house in the unit is really fascinating. The ex-rectory the entrance hall has a storeroom and boiler house then some beautiful terracotta stairs lead you to an open space environment one of its kind.
Designed around a large central Jacuzzi with bird’s eye views over the valley, cleverly encased in teak surround with steps to the Jacuzzi, but also a divider for the sleeping area a sitting area in the living area. We also have a modern shower room is divided from the main area with glass bricks and on the far side of the wooden surround we have a dining area in front of which is a lovely full kitchen run.
The ceiling here studded with numerous dimmable led lights bring forth a wonderful and unique romantic ambience together with fabulous night and daytime views.
As well as having a resident population and all services necessary there is a daily bus route from the hamlet to various surrounding towns. The hamlet is also supplied with ‘town’ gas through a central wood burning furnace a successful prototype the first in Tuscany.
The surrounding beauty of the mountains with lots of great walking and climbing on hand together with the famous Historical center of Pietrasanta famous for its art and artistic events year around and the golden beaches just a handful of kilometers away with Pisa airport under one hour’s drive make this location a true haven with the best of all worlds at your fingertips !
