A well equipped villa well maintained and presented. We are half way between the historical town of Pietrasanta and the golden sandy beaches of the Versilian riviera. A cycle path just 100 meters from the property takes you directly down to the beaches or the the town's main square.
Villino Laura is a pleasant base with every accessory necessary to enjoy a great vacation, situated in a residential area that offers a tranquil place to chill and dine al fresco after a day of beach life or touring the Tuscan sights nearby.
One enters the property through the lawn garden from the large veranda in front of the villa. Firstly we find the spacious living room with dedicated dining area and an air conditioning split, next to which is a separate new and modern kitchen area with a door that also leads onto the veranda. A vestibule then leads to a generous bathroom, a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunkbeds.
All of the environments have lovely details and are very comfortable, a home away from home indeed !
The owners reside in a separate property behind the villa to which the entrance gate is independant, whilst respecting their guests privacy they are at your disposal for any need that may arise during your vacation.
